It does work around here, I actually have an employee at my restaurant doing this. He is supplying us with micro greens and sprouts right now. He is able to harvest in 7-10 day on the size I am looking for. I know that he has tanks and I using Talapia, do to the fact of the high rate of input/output.... It's pretty neat.
