is anyone experiencing when clicking one of the front page topics on the r hand side "Latest Discussion.." of the page, you get a yellow firecracker with a red ! and it doesn't do anything?

Had a problem for a short while yesterday with the latest discussion topics not loading when the home page came up. I tried a couple of things, refresh, etc which did not change any thing. However, when I clicked on the Discussion Link, and then returned back to the home page they were there.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

I view from several computers. My lap top does that. I then have to open it in another page. I am prtty sure its a pop up blocker on my end but I am a dunce in computer land.
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?
