MY YOUNGEST SON AND I WENT YESTERDAY, THE NOOA FORCAST WAS FOR NW 5-10, THEY GOT THE NW CORRECT BUT THAT WAS ALL, WIND WAS 15-20 ALL DAY LONG WITH SWELLS OUT BY THE STAKE LINE. WE CAUGHT 8 TROUT AND KEPT 3 IN THE UPPER 18 INCH RANGE, CAUGHT ABOUT 10 LADIES, ONE BLUE, ONE SMILEY, 2 PIN FISH , AND 5 SHARKS, ALMOST LANDED A SMALL CRAB THAT ATTACKED THE TOP WATER PLUG. WE HAD A GOOD TIME TOGETHER, THIS WILL BE THE LAST TRIP FOR A WHILE, MY SON WILL BE WORKING THE OIL FIELDS OF TEXAS THROUGH DEC. M-F , JUST GET SAT. AND SUN. HOME, HALF OF THIS TIME WILL BE SPENT FLYING.
