Democrat outdoors column

Post by Mister Mullet »

The Outdoors Feature (Dove hunting) will be online tomorrow (Sunday) and in print Monday. Unfortunately the plug for the Wilderness Way used kayak sale will be too late for hard-copy readers. The sale is Sunday. Check their website for particulars.

I'm sorry the column hasn't been in the past couple of weeks. Space is at a premium during football season. Still, it wouldn't hurt if some of you sent in Zings or called sports. Maybe they will move someone else and get fishing back to Friday so you all can make weekend fishing plans. Just a thought.

It's the only thing worth reading in the mullet wrapper any more. (fishing report that is)

The Democrat's advertising staff has been directed to focus their efforts on selling on-line advertising instead of ads for the printed paper. There is absolutely no commitment from Gabordi and Gannet to keep the print edition alive so we can all expect things to continue this decline and the paper to be gone.
