Got to tip your hat to his ingenuity. I don't see how the propulsion system works and sure don't see how it didn't fowl in the kelp. :o

That is really cool. Reminds me of the CSS Hunley a little. A fleet of one-man subs could have played havoc with the US Navy back then.
