Fishing Offshore / Destin

Going to Destin for a week. Would like to get out to catch some kings. Any suggestions? Numbers? I'll be in a 18' flats boat that handles well in light seas. Is live baiting the way to go or do they pull a lot of lures?

A good friend of mine is from Pensacola. They watch the birds to locate the schools and troll king rigs. They always seem to do well.

Thanks Tin Can. I was able to catch plenty of bait for the Kings. I maxed out the first three days just drifting arround the last channel markers on the ocean side. I couldn't believe how close in the Kings were. I had a blast.
