Fish around piney island. I have never seen so many as I did yesterday. Insane.

Yes, Dave, I like Spanish Mackerel occasionally. A Blue Fish and a Spanish Mackerel was smoked and the meat mixed together to make a fish dip once and it was good. We don't target them but will take one home.

Guys, If you want a good meal ---- you can make one out of fresh Mackerel -- caught the same day. Keep them iced down, and clean them like you would a dolphin -- re: cut the skin around the fillet and then pull it off from the head to the tail. Then finish removing the fillet. Cut the red meat out. Pan fry it, or bake it -- you will be surprised !!! Not fishy tasting at all, and white flakey product !!
