I know several people who are happy:
I have a neighbor who is an Oregon Alum, he's happy.
My son graduated from Clemson, He's happy.
I have an Atlanta friend who is a Tech alum, he's happy.
Several Georgia grads that I know are happy.
They are out there, just have to look around a bit.

Sure am glad I did not bet on bowl games as overall I certainly would have lost big time!

It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I am happy that my DAWGS won, but I am in shock about Bammer and FSU. I'm glad I gave up betting on football, because I would have gotten my clock cleaned.
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I guess we don't have bragging rights in the south this year. With so much hoopla ALL year I was about tired of hearing about football by November. Maybe all our players were burned out also! At least it looked that way.
People that catch a lot of fish fish a lot!

I happened to be in New Orleans for a bachelor party. We watched the first 3 quarters of the 'Noles game in the Ugly Dog, a FSU bar. It was neat being surrounded by so many 'Noles outside of Tallahassee. Things looked ok going into the second half down by 5 and getting the ball to start the 3rd. Unfortunately, 4 consecutive possessions that ended in turn-overs killed FSU's chance. Going into the 4th we decided it was time to head to the Dome and look for Buckeye tickets.

We had a great time despite being surrounded by a sea of crimson that obviously wasn't accustomed to loosing. The Dome actually had a lot more scarlet and grey, but not our section. I'm glad Kiffin chose to throw the ball instead of running Henry...
It will be interesting to see how Urban schemes to defend Oregon's misdirection offense. I only remember seeing one Oregon pass over 10 yards; that pass was under thrown but the FSU DB couldn't find the ball and it went for a touchdown.
Go BUCKS! Happy New Year to all!

In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

South always has bragging rights even though a lot of their top players come from Ohio & Oregon
