I've had 2 recent returns for repairs, both this year (2015). The main one was what I had discussed earlier, they let me chose any pair of glassses they had in their inventory. Most recently, i sent a pari back with a bad hinge, cost me $12 I think for shipping, I got back the repaired glasses. Never had a probelm with them.

MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER IS A OPHTHALMOLOGIST AND SHE RECOMMENDS COSTA'S OVER ANY OF THE OTHER BRANDS SHE HANDLES.
SHE GAVE ME A SET OF COSTA'S WITH READING LENS SO I CAN TIE MY KNOTS IN MY LINES WHILE I AM FISHING, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND BOY YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE FISH WITH THEM ON. THE ONES I HAVE ARE BLUE TINT WITH A MIRRO FINISH.
