A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
Have a friend in the construction business who does displays for museums, schools, other educational venues, and he asked me this past week if I had a beat up canoe or kayak.
I don't (just one canoe in decent condition that I do use) and told him so, but promised to share his request on the board. He's hoping he can find one that's trash to someone / taking up space. He WILL NOT be trying to fix it -- quite to the contrary he said he'll be cutting it up in sections for the purpose of a display he's working on.
Anyone has an old beat up candidate, please shoot me a PM.

Sounds like it would have been perfect, Tabb.
Don't mind sharing a bit more info so folks know it's a legit request, and again that the search is for a damaged canoe / kayak that will be cut.
Friend is a local guy that started a company by the name of Wilderness Graphics. They really do some cool work. This website features a number of exhibits they've worked on. http://www.wildernessgraphics.com/multimedia
Again, ANYBODY have an old damaged canoe or kayak just sitting and taking up space in a garage or pasture, let me know and I'll gladly let my contractor friend know.
