No bait, no dogs? No bears. I will be shocked if more than 4-5 are harvested.
Ducks, turkeys, flats fishing. Who has time for golf?

I agree. The only time I ever see a bear in my club where I could actually shoot it is over corn. Other times it's just either early in the morning or late in the evenings walking roads. Either way. Without baiting I am not confident at all I could kill one. So I'm not going to waste 100 bucks. Almost all other states allow dogs or hunt directly over bait since they are very elusive.

I'm not a deer hunter and never claimed to be. But i do know some guys that have a lease near St.Marks and they saw 10 different bears from different stands in one sit last year. this is on about a 2000 acre lease. Can't imagine just how many are out there. I hunted there twice last year and saw 3. one of which was a 3-400 pounder. Kinda makes it hard to walk through the woods before daylight to get to your stands. Just my .02! Like Troy landry said CHOOT EM!
