Spring Warrior 10/30

Got in the water about 3 pm for a late high tide. Fished south and north, out to 5 ft water and in to the grass. Finished up with 3 keeper trout and 1 slot red. Threw back 3 short trout and 1 red. Surface temp was 74 degrees which surprised me to be that warm this late. Fish were very scattered. Floating grass was thick.
Not the desired results but a good afternoon to get to fish with my daughter.

Think we're going to make the ride over that way tomorrow. Hopefully we'll find them.

How far north did you go? Hope the fish comes back in that area.

You did good starting so late. About that time the bite was over for us.
