Hit the ramp around 11am. Low tide was 1pm. Ran to East river and found 63 degree water. Fished a mile up into East R near the deeper channel depths. We would hit a fish here and there but no pattern to them. Caught 5 trout with 4 keepers. Caught several rock bass with 2 keepers. Tide was coming in and water had gotten up to 64. Made a decision to check out a creek and the water there was 62 and no bites. Headed back to the ramp at 5.

Wasn't terrible. At times it would go slack and everything would be slick. Then it would jump back up to 10-15.
Water temp at ramp was 65.5. Water temp halfway to the lighthouse was 65. A few people at the ramp when we launched were coming in said they had no luck upriver and did not see anyone catching anything. Thats why we went south.
