Go West and hit the Oyster bars around Piney Island or the grass flats in front of Piney. Go East to fish the grass flats out from Wakulla Beach.

You have your choice of grass flats, Oyster Bars and tidal creeks whichever direction you head.

As Dale said go east or west and you will find good fishing. Yes the new ramp is nice. Not to de-rail the post but I noticed a staff person checking for people not paying the ramp fee on Saturday. I know no one on here would try to get away with not paying the $5.00 fee but the fact that they have to pay someone to keep it in check really gets me. The fee is to maintain the ramp and police the grounds so we can use it. If you see someone trying to avoid the fee, please remind them of that. Sorry for the rant.

Last two times I've been (which hasn't been super early), there was a lady taking money as you pulled in.
