Reasonably priced fish market
Or maybe the title should read "cheap". Is there a market in or near Tally that has fresh local fish at a reasonable price?
Re: Reasonably priced fish market
Unfortunately I don't think seafood is cheap anywhere, simple supply and demand. I have not seen it cheap anywhere.
Re: Reasonably priced fish market
I went in the new little fish market at the front office of the Flea Market the other day and talked to them for a while. I dont generally frequent fish houses but went in out of curiosity. They had good looking fish and great looking shrimp. I had to buy a couple pounds of the shrimp just to try them out. They were very fresh.

There are certain things to price shop. Doctors, lawyers and seafood aren't among them

Its usually about Post#7 that someone suggests buying a fishing rod.

Mineral Springs on 98 in Panacea is the most reasonable I've found, but you'll still pay for seafood. Their stuff has always been fresh, and the different seafood dips they make are excellent too(they will let you sample those free). The owners are really good folks also. They do 10% discount for Fire/EMS/LE/Military.

I believe that's actually the most expensive way there is to get fish.Cranfield wrote:Its usually about Post#7 that someone suggests buying a fishing rod.
