Got a 3 day fishing trip in two weeks. We are going in my buddies boat and he just got a new motor and did not want to go on the trip without trying it out first. Well the forecast was supposed to be bad today so we figured we’d just run up and down the river a few times. We’re not even going to bring poles. But we did and it was not bad on the flats at all. Ended up catching 3 keeper trout. And the boat ran great with the new Suzuki from shields. .

Good lookin' outboard. Sheild's does a great install. They sea trialed mine and put the first 3 hours break in on it then sea trialed it again when I picked it up to be sure it was propped the way I wanted it.
Life is short.... Ride a Harley and fish a Sea Pro

. They did that for him too. And it really has a much better hole shot than we expected. Great top end too.Juan wrote:Good lookin' outboard. Sheild's does a great install. Nice motor! And you were right to bring some rods, you just never know when you will be able to fish.
