What is these
Just walked out of tropical trader,a boat parked there had 15 to 20 3” rubber spikes sticking straight up around the front decking. What are they used for?

That's what I tell everyone, at least.
They're probably Carbon Marine fly line management foam spikes. It helps keep fly line on the deck when casting and stripping line.
