Reel Advice Needed Shimano Torium 16HG v. Speedmaster 12 II

I just purchased a 5'8" heavy jigging rod that I plan to use primarily for bottom fishing. I could use some some reel advice. I have Shimano Torium 16s and like them. But is there a good reason to use the SpeedMaster II instead?

I've got both, I prefer the hg for jigging and pg for bottom fishing....but if you are going to do both with that jigging rod I'd get the hg. The PG does have more drag than the hg but if you get the JDM model it has a spool lock.
