Chalk, it seems the photo is down but I was wondering how big that trout was. Any numbers associated with it?
Actually listening to what other people say is worth the effort.

Suppose to be 8 pounds....If you want to see some whoppers go to wadefishing.net and look at the trophy room, numerous 30" trout....

I was talking with Keith at Texas Tackle Factory and we got off on the subject of "gator" trout. He says the Mosquito Lagoon and Indian river trout and the Baffin Bay and Laguana Madre trout are the same gene strain of trout. Think he mentioned something to the extent of TWC got some trout from Florida and restocked some places in Texas with the fry. Seems when Texas has very hard feezes they lose alot fish, so they have to restock. I know Texas participates in restocking of trout and redfish, sure wish we could start something like that in Florida for trout.
