Wow! The wind just keeps on blowing, as it seems to do with much gusto ( pardon the pun) this time of year as cold front after cold front moves down from Canada to the South.

Our crew did get to venture out for one day this past week. With Captain Reid at the helm and some friends from Albany GA. acting as crew, off they went running in three ft. swells out to Grouper country! Fishing in seventy to eighty feet of water they proceeded to fill the box up with big red trucks, red grouper, and hefty gags! The biggest being thirty eight lbs. Wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.

Yes folks the fish are chewin' if you can get to them! Seas at times were up to eight ft. but there were no reports of sea sickness and everyone had a great time.

This will be our last report until after the holidays so until then Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! And remember, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at the office!! Stay tuned!
