Snook in our neighborhood are not that big of a surprise but it is rare. They've shown up more often around Cedar Key. I do know that a decent Bonefish was caught a couple summers ago at Phillips Inlet (West PC Beach). What I have to question is finding it in Wakulla Springs. 100% fresh water? I know rays & stripers can be residents at the cave/mouths of springs but I hadn't heard that about Snook. Cool stuff & who knows...
Meanwhile, I wouldn't give any creedence to the possibility that global warming has anything to do with it.
