Anyone want to share a recipe for shark. I would like to try something different on some steaks caught yesterday.

We tend to keep it simple
Trim evey little piece of red meat off the fillet.

Salt, Pepper, lots of lime juce, old bay and olive oil

Grill on the BBQ till firm.
