Was wondering if any one had put one on their skeg and if it stayed on?

Any comments

Thanks, Chalk

If you can get down around Tallahassee way, give Wavel Porter a call at Porter Marine in Woodville, 10 miles south of Tallahassee. (850) 421-1490. Wavel will custom build you one for your motor that will stay there.

Thanks, TC. Trying to decide whether to go that route or have the skeg repaired, either way looks like a few bucks will be shelled out :x ..Chalk

Chalk, I didn't realize your skeg was missing. The guard wavel makes protects the skeg, but does not replace it. However, Wavel would be happy to replace your skeg for you, also.

Chalk, I don't think you knocked it off. I think you must have wore it off, as much as we rubbed bottom that day, it just ground that ole skeg down til it was gone.
