I have never really keyed on AmberJack. I would like to try. I will be fishing off shore this weekend out of Shell Point. Any tips on depth, bait, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Any of the deeper artifical reefs should hold them. Use big live baits, circle hooks and a stout rod.
