P.S. I'll come into the rocks or into the creek for you.

I have Towboat US for a couple reasons. I like to fish offshore occasionally and it's good for any boat I'm on. I hate to call anybody to come get me if I'm night fishing or the weather is crappy and my motor takes a dump or my batteries die. I've already had to pull start Reel Country's 90 Yamaha and it wasn't very fun.
Your boat breaking down never happens at a convenient time. Could be like trying to find someone to find your extra set of keys when you are 100 miles away and your keys are locked in the van.

If I fished offshore I'd have Seatow or TowBoat.
