Considering that a limb busted the antenna on the boat, we faired well.
So will the radio work with half an antenna?

Put the boat in at Millers on Sunday and was able to drive the boat everywhere. First time in 9 years... Went over to Shuckers for a couple of beers, drove over to 27 landing just to BS with the others that made it out. Drove over to Rhoden Cove just cuz, then made my way all the way up Magginis (SP?) Arm and drove up a drainage ditch (in the boat) up to I-10. Needless to say, it was pretty dayum cool.

Don't know how long it will last as the lake seemed more like a river with the water rushing to the West. Think Faulk Sink is still sucking..... :smt009
We kept a camper for several years in the 70s on back of Rollins Point. Is there water in that area of the lake?
YES! There has been water back there for years. They dredged the whole area after it dried years ago. Soon there after it filled back up. It is free from both sinks due to the high area seperating it from the main lake..... but thats the issue. I tried to get back to the "Cattle Gap" yesterday but couldn't make it. :( :smt012 I think that the Faulk Sink is still sucking, afraid that water won't last long.
