I don't know which weather reports y'all are looking at, but I'm still seeing a Small Craft Advisory in effect until tomorrow night...:smt102 :smt102

14 knots = 16 mph wind = safe?

Saturday... North wind 20 to 25 knots decreasing to around 20 knots. Seas 5 to 7 feet.
Saturday Night... North wind 20 to 25 knots with higher gusts. Seas 6 to 8 feet.
Sunday... North wind 20 to 25 knots decreasing to around 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Seas 6 to 8 feet...subsiding to 5 to 7 feet late in the day.
Sunday Night... North wind around 20 knots becoming northeast around 15 knots late. Seas 5 to 7 feet...subsiding to 4 to 6 feet.

Just off NOAA:
Saturday...North wind 15 to 20 knots with higher gusts. Seas 3 to 5 feet. Protected waters a moderate chop to choppy.
Winds are at 8mph right now on the coast.

As previously mentioned.......we are fishing the flats..not off-shore.

The tides are great. If it wasn'f for the wind we would have one heck of an incoming tide which would have made for some very large weights........ now........ not so much. I think that some really nice fish will be cuaught but I think the wind factor will drop the over all winning weight by about 2lbs. Just my prediction.

Nothing like a good breeze to knock the sleepers out of your eyes. We'll all be wind burnt come weighin time. Let the games begin! :beer: :beer: :hammer: I mean :thumbup:
