Them that come on home like me are still give out

Many caught their limit while others "like Jackie and I " strugled to find a fish

Chuck took first with 14.1 #, Dale took 2nd with 13.1 and I think it was Ty that got third, Chuck also took big fish

Many of em stayed over ta fish again today

PS: this is not the official report and may be incorrect

later, I got a mama ta move in with us today

At 6:30 a.m. the wind was very brisk from the sw,but by 7:30 had laid down to a slight breeze. We had 11 boats in the tournament.
Top 3 money winners were; Chuck Collins/Jeff Trent with 12#15oz. 2nd was Dale Evans/Erica Bunch with 11#12oz. 3rd was Robbie Green/John Vickers with 10#2oz.
Big fish pot went to Chuck Collins with a 5#15oz trout.
I'll post complete results later.

Congratulations to the money winners..... HECK, Congratulations to anybody that fished that tournament!!

Jumptrout understated the wind conditions (IMO). Drift sock was out all day....got wet cross'n to a different spot at mid day. I'll let my partner and captain (got to say he did everything he could think of to put us on fish) tell any details he wants to share but it was a tough day of fishing for a number of the teams. Those who prefished the day before and thought they knew where the fish would be.... found nobody home on tournament day. My partner and I at least managed two of the biggest Red fish you can legally take. Mine was sure good last night

One additional word of THANKS! to LITTORAL. As Eerman and I were washing the salt off our gear, back at the Hotel, Lit shows up

He's in town playing a gig and since he's familiar with the local area...gives us a recommendation for dinner. Peppers...a Mexican restaurant. IT WAS FANTASTIC

   Thanks Lit.
