I'm sorry I was so late getting back on line, but I did spend yesterday in "The Flats". Yea, it was alittle s-l-o-w b-r-e-a-k- i-n p-e-r-i-o-d-.... then fish..... alittle s-l-o-w b-r-e-a-k i-n p-e-r-i-o-d ...... then fish ..... an so on. Did'nt catch much a couple trout & a few sharks, one of which weighed like 10lbs ! !
Over-all the Key-Largo, turned out to be

but that four stroke Yamaha is going to take some getting used to. I mean I've got six years of warranty on that motor

It's very quite

After using, "flush-out time"only takes a couple of minutes, & the motor does'nt even have to be running...but the dealer told me the outside needs a good wash down.

But, tell me if there any four stroke owners out there, after the break-in period is complete, is there any chance I'll get alittle more power off the line ? cause now I have -0- now.

Somebody talk to me

Depends on where your at in rpms once the break in is over....playing propeller mechanic is about the only way to increase hole shot

congrats on the new ride....
You prolly wont get much more out of the hole shot....unless you reprop as chalkly said.....then your risking losing some top end....I've got the yammy f115 on my 19 footer and she aint the quickest thing out of the gate either....but man she is smooth as silk and will get over 4 mpg if you don't dog her....enjoy
