Mark, another way to help solve the issue is to drag the line every few trips out. remove all lures weight etc. and let the line free spool out behind the boat and it will untwist its self.........obviously while traveling slow :D .....

Just a suggestion from much experience with braid (especially power pro):
on light to medium light reels stay with 10-15# max and on slightly
larger reels stay with 20# max...I'm talking spinning reels only.
20# simply would not work on my 1300 and 1600 series reels but is fine on 2600 series. I now respool with nothing but 15# on 1300 and 1600s
although some of my 1300s have some 6 year old original power pro
on them in 10#.

I use only Daiwa SSs which have a 3 degree cross warp feature which aids greatly with braid also.
