my aunt who lives on Mandalay road used to have rights to maintain the ramp and collect the fees in return. Not sure if she still doe that... (Rocket, did you ever meet Mikes ex-Jennifer, its her mon who used to be the lady there to collect)

Yeah, I don't think Ms. Liliot does it anymore. I have not seen her there in a while!
