After the July meeting, I received an email from a member who attended giving me a summary of what happend. He did mention that a change in location for one of the remaing tournaments to Carrabelle (sometime) and possibly going back to PSJ (sometime) was discussed. It was not discussed in the meeting for June nor in the meeting last week. It may have been discussed during the business portion of the meeting I don't know. When the tournament director speaks he has my undivided attention! Discussion does not equal Decision!

The Tournament Director may implement additional tournament specific rules and restrictions for individual tournaments. Entrants are responsible for understanding rules for each tournament.
RULE #24 says: CARRABELLE

i think i do remember discussing doing sept in carrabelle for what it is worth - not sure if i remember announcing it or not????????
tournament director does have the authority to make the call imo
btw - i nominate sir reel for 2007 tourny director. as a bonus, we will let him update/rewrite the rules ( as opposed to steve making them up as we go along - lol)
i need to check with the warden but i am planning on fishing - if i can get my buddie in lanark to fish that day, watch out capt keith!
speaking of capt keith -- you can bring my 2g's to carrabelle - 10's and 20' be just fine

Thank you so much for your support

Nominations can be made by putting your choice on the edge of a $20 bill and sending it to me. I will provide a count of nominee's at a later date. Whether or not our current TD seeks another term is up to him. I would vote for him again. I would support him again. That being said, if I have a question or issue with how something is being handled, I'll probably express an opinion.

You generally won't have to scratch your head wondering how I feel about something. I LIKE JUMPTROUT51, HE'S A GOOD MAN

OK TD...myself having never put in/ fished from there/ etc. now's your chance to go on record as having told me what's going on.

I've been searching/googl'n/map tech'n a good bit and there sure isn't much usable information as to the facilities. Since we won't be having a meeting before the tournament and I haven't heard anything about a captain's meeting, are we talking about taking Hwy 98 to Carrabelle then to a ramp at the end of Timber Island Rd? If so, does that ramp enter in the main river/channel? The information I did see sort of implied that parking can be a problem (ie: along the road) Is that your understanding? Where will the weigh-in be conducted? Where will we turn in our registration? Also, from what I've seen is it true that there is only one tide change per day similar to PSJ? (High tide on the 16th @ 9.33am?)
