And, to straighten Chalk out, 'Wat'ser Name' is now with Kay Eubank's Forgotten Coast Realty, a Coldwell Banker interest.
Century21 bit the dust, along with Folks and Seaport, in the dead real estate market here in the area. The good news is, prices are coming down on lots of properties.
Time to buy soon, if anyone has been thinking of jumping in.

After perusing the site, much investigating and seeing some (mostly) favorable references to our mullet wrapper, Woods 'N Water Magazine has decided to donate three one-year subscriptions to the Fourth Annual BigBendFishing.net Social 2007. We will discuss possibly doing more in the coming weeks since we have some time until the event. For new members or those unfamiliar with the publication, we may be able to throw in some recent copies for the get-together.
