I need to correct what I consider to be an oversight on my part with handing out congrat's in my previous post. :o

After reviewing the information provided on the tournament results and participants, I feel led to hold up the performance turned in by Seagurl and Eerman as actually being a higher level achievement than the 1st and 2nd official placements. Although the first two place teams are with out question some of the clubs best at what they do (what ever that is  )..... Eerman and Seagurl were put together as a team at the last minute with no chance to prefish the area together for 2 or 3 days prior to the event or even having ever fished together before. :smt009 For these two to come together in the manner they did and produce as a team to place only behind the two teams who, combined, have more time together (both fishing and ??? ) than any other 2 teams in the club, deserve a major ATA GIRL BOY   It's obvious that Wevans and I have taught our apprentices well :smt005

Well, the way I see it, you and wevans might have to team up together, since Eerman and Seagurl seem to do better without either one of ya.... :smt005 :smt005 :smt005

To be honest :o I'm probably out for the rest of the season anyhow :smt012 My tendinitis in my right elbow is getting worse and the cortisone shots are not helping it :smt010 any more than a few hours fishing becomes extremely painful "especially the hook-set" :smt009 I go back to the doc next Monday to see what our options are

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The weekend started off with a 2:30 cst wakeup to catch a flight home from Norfolk, VA on Friday, to be followed by a 3:30 cst wakeup on Saturday to pickup a birddog for a cool September day of fishing the mighty St. Joe bay. ........ We slide over to the west side of the bay, to find shallow water and a lot of grass…Tincan comes from the east side and comes off plane,

Just want to reiterate what Chalk said about the trout fishing. It's gonna be tough on tournament day.
