Nahhhh.... everybody know's it them dog gone recreational fisher people. There's so many of em when they all get together on a weekend and put their boats in all at once... the extra load on the water surface forces the flow backwards.

What did they know and when did they know it????? I think the Spring should resign for the good of the environment If John Kerry had been elected el Presidente', this would not have happened for sure It's nature's way of protesting the current administration and its lack of dealing with the tough issues like spring stopage
