Nice job on the convict. :thumbup: Good decision to buy new. I know a guy who went the other route last month, and I can assure you when all's done, for only a little bit more he could have had a new one.

Good choice that two stroke Yammy, too bad they will not be available soon. I'm thinkin' about buying one just to have it on hand when my 2001 quits.

Can you tie a fiddler crab on the end of one of those whips? Maybe an oyster? I'll bet the sheepies would go for that. :wink:

Enjoyed the read and the pics Nole, you have more patience than most, and you are more willing to work harder too. Fly fishing for those species can be hard work. :thumbup:
