Does anyone know if you can remove a trap that CLEARLY has been abandoned? I have seen a few of them but didn't want to touch them because I didn't know if I'd be breaking any laws. As we all know they can be dangerous so I hate to spy one and just leave it for someone to mess-up their boat when the hit it.....birddog wrote:There are also several barnacle encrusted crab traps without floats along that route.
