I do think it's bad form to go fishing with someone on their boat and bring along your handheld to get the spots. :o

Depends on whether or not they have fished with you
I know that's right chalk, I can think of one individual that got some of my numbers that won't get no more because of what he done with them after that... :o :smt013 :smt014 :smt011

I carry my GPS with me on every trip I go on.....except offshore trips...If your worried about folks taking your spots, you need to fish alone and take no pictures.

Tincan added a RAM mount on his boat just for my GPS...I can't figure why, he has my spots and I have his...I guess a back up is always needed

I'm talking about offshore. There ain't no secret spots inshore, just ones you have'nt fished yet, and some that most folks can't get to anyway. Beside all you really need to get you close is a watch and a compass.

Awright, Hopper, use your compass and watch, and take your boat where we were a few days ago. :-D

I don't mind at all somebody with me getting the numbers and fishing them, I was referring to one person that totally abused a good number afterwards by passing it around like a donation bucket. I have never knowed of him passing out his numbers like that.

I know where I was, but my little flake of glass wont be there. I'm working on a Alum. version of my little johnboat to fish points In that direction. I guess I don't have the nerve or the pocket book you do to ride around in a boat full of holes :D
