I cannot thank you all enough and it means alot to me for yall to take the time to think of Brett, I cannot wait to show him this page when he is cohearent because I know the tears will be flowing.
He's doing much better and looks more like a person now that hes all cleaned up, the broken bones will take weeks to heal and he's going to need several surgeries for his face, arm, and possibly knee, but like I said, the bones will heal. His ct scan this morning came back and the doctor said he was pleased, there are 2 hemeriges but he said there the size of a pepercorn and dont really bother him. the fractured vertebrae is very minor and doc said it should heal back strong and quickly with no nerve damage. Brett was also breathing on his own this morning for a little while for the first time since the wreck and that was a huge relief, they didnt want to work him to hard though so they sedated him again and let the tubes go back to work...Brett's a very strong kid and he will fight through this with his strength and God's help..
Thank you all again very much for your thoughts and prayers--it really does help and means alot to me, his family, and I cant imagine how much its going to help Brett...Thank you and God Bless
