Dang BB. You been fishin for 30 years and you ain't figured out how to clean fish yet. I'll make you a deal. Bring'em by the house, I'll do the cleanin but I get to keep half and you have to supply the beer.

I had to give BB some junk but on a serious note, he's right, Buck makes a dang good fixed blade fillet knife as does Rapala. Most importantly, keep it sharp. If you are gonna us an electric, be careful, you'll slide right though the backbone on a trout messing up a good fillet. Them fish I catch using JT's SirReel measuring stick are much too small for an electric knife.
