The Sailfish AJ is talking about is a good boat for your price range and use. I've looked at them before. Great all around family boat.

I would look at a dual console, set up for salt water. The Tahoe would be high maintanence to clean and keep in good shape with much use in salt water. My Dad has a 223 Tournament Grady White. It is a dual console bow rider but the rear of the Boat is set up great for fishing. Best of both worlds. You can run offshore one day and be pulling a tube on the lake the next. If you are looking at the Tahoe's you might want to check out the Mako's. I know they make a dual console boat that is set up pretty nice. Not sure of the price though.
