The 2x4 up your transom was clearly NOT MY FAULT. As for BirdDog,he spends entirely too much time getting his boat off the trailer. Ramp ettiquette is important.

If I had more than 5 boats I'd probly only have 1 tag too!
Just remember to renew it every year JT

Ok - back on topic about LED's! Here's my experience - I'm interested in hearing others.
Bought LED lights off the shelf, unboxed @ Capital Hitch (similar price as other places and they highly recommended the lights). So after less than a year, the bulbs start going out. Was looking around at boat store and see some that have a 5-year warranty. Took the old ones off, returned them to CH and asked if they wanted to do anything about them (you know the answer!

) - they now say that they are "not impressed" with LEDs.
Went back to the eastside boat store, got the 5-yr warranty ones (save all packaging) installed and THEY start failing after about 8-9 months! Returned them and got my free new pair (store employees looked surprised, but could not argue with the warranty). Anyway, this is the third set in 3 years. What is going on here? Just the rear ones fail - the side markers attached to the brake lights are ok and all other LED side markers are ok. Starting to pizz me off - but I still have 4 years on the warranty!

could be the vibrations of the trailer breaking internal conections over time. The LED's are probably fine. Just a thought
