Had my surgery at Capital Regional yesterday morning and all went well. Had a disk and bone spur removed from c6 c7 vertebrae, donor tissue replacing disk and titanium plate screwed on to fuse it all together. I have to admit that for the most part the hospital is a really nice facility. They were crowded and a little slow, food sucked, but it was clean and all the nursing staff was really nice and attentive. Doc says I am only out for a couple of days and to just not do anything stupid that could pull the stitches or is to heavy but I can be fishing next weekend.
Thanks again for all the well wishes.

NICE FISH, HOPE YOUR SURGERY GOES WELL. I AM LOOKING AT A VISIT TO HOSPITAL TO HAVE NECK SURGERY ALSO. I AM TAKING SOME PHYSICAL THERAPY CURRENTLY, IT HAS HELP SOME BUT STILL HAVE THE BURNING DOWN MY RIGHT ARM, THE ONE I USE TO CAST WITH. I AM GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THE THERAPY AND MAYBE WON'T HAVE TO GET CUT ON.

Glad you're ok!
I got to take a trip to the surgen in about less than a month most likely. Nothing serious just minor surgery.
