The funny thing is that Walker caught three fish. When we got back to the car, he was telling us that he caught six fish. Barry and I agreed it must be something in the fish slime that alters our brains to exaggerate.Walker caught a number of other pin fish and had a trout break the line right at the boat ...
Barry gave me both of the trout, since he's been way too successful as of late and didn't have enough room in his 'fridge.
Cooked both of them up last night. I like to gut them, put bay leaves inside the cavity, pour kosher salt all over the skin and grill them whole. 
At the dinner table, Walker's hands grew farther apart in describing each of the SIX fish he "caught" ... by number six, he stretched out his hands as far apart as he could.
