Ha! I think that we all got the bug at about the same time. I started the gym 2 weeks ago going 4 days a week and eating right and lost 8 pounds!!

I've started a program very similar to that. In fact, I've started one at least a dozen times over the last 5 years.birddog wrote: Planning on jogging every other morning....we'll see how it goes.
Maybe reading your post will inspire me to start another one. But I did just stop by the ABC store
on my way home today---so I guess maybe I'll wait until next week to start (and maybe this thread will drop out of site by then).
