That's a terrific first fish on the fly. I still remember my first fish on the long rod.....a gut hooked needlefish!
How are you liking the ZG? It looks like you are using the Battenkill Big Game as well. I have on order now and look forward to it arriving. I was going to purchase a Vortex for my Bahamas trip but I learned that the Orvis price reduction was because the reel is no longer made in the States.......
