For all you guys who have never shopped SGO, they have absolutely the best service in the market. I bought two Shimano Stradic 4000's almost a year ago. I had problems with one and the rep Heath buys from swapped it out without question, respooled my new reel , set it to fishing condition, remounted it, and tied me a jig head on the new line.He also went through every aspect of the new Calcutta I bought, taught me the correct way to spool it, the correct way to set the braking system, and set it to fit my casting style(grip and rip!). He also spooled the extra spool for me. He took the time to correctly balance the new Carrot Stix rod I purchased and when he didnt have the correct weight to perfectly balance the rod, he suggested the exact type and weight I should buy and how to install it. This is not just a one time deal, Ive always recieved service like this from SGO.Being in retail, I know that a store's service can only be as good as the vendors that store does business with. These small acts of service really portrayed the excellent service one can expect from a hometown store. Not knockin the box stores but lets see Wally world or BPS do that for you. Just a little fat to chew on for you guys.

Heafus, you need to rent a big panel van and have a traveling sale show over here in Valdosta. I'm on mother-in-law 90 year old birthday duty this weekend and this post sucks! :smt009 :smt010

Picked up a couple of the Challenger Axis Series rods today at South GA Outdoors. They feel really great and cast pretty nice. Can't wait to give them a real test on a red.

I called Heafus up and told him how helpful you wanted to be. He mentioned that he had your credit card number on file and that he was sure you intended for me to charge my purchases and the shipping costs to it. Man, I don't know when I've ever bought so much...thanks! :smt005
