I had the same problem with mine. Turned out to two things. The axle and the tire had lost it's round. The boat would hop/wobble down the road as soon as I hit 35mph. I believe it cost me around $100 to have the axle straightened, plus the cost of the new tire. Haven't had a problem since. Good luck.
