First you shave one side of the infested area. Take a match and lite the unshaved side. When the little buggers run out onto the shaved side, stab em with an ice pick.

my son needed to catch, clean and eat a fish as part of his fishing merit badge for the scouts. dont you know the only thing we catch worth eating is a sail cat. so we take it home and he filets it out just like any other fish and he cooks it on the bbq in a pan with some oil
tasted just like freshwater cat fish to me
if you like freshwater catfish - you will like sail cat
