Scott STS 9' 9WT. Cabelas SR reel. I really have enjoyed the rod and the reel has been a very nice surprise...

Yeah I wuz lookin fer fly gear used! :-D

I'm looking forward to saltwater fly fishing. Gotta get decent on the brim first, casting that is. Also want to learn a little more about the tactics of the sport, and the gear.

It seems like a lot to absorb right now.... :thumbup:

take a few lessons with an instructor. Can cut a lot of the learning time down, and they say keep you from bad casting habits
